•  At the conclusion of the auction, the successful bidder will tender an earnest money deposit in the amount of 10.0% of the bid price (for any and/or all tracts purchased); by personal or company check (Payable to: AO Real Estate Trust Acct.) and proceed to close within (45) days the auction.   
• Seller will provide and pay for owner’s title insurance, preparation of deed/s, conveyance fees and proration of real estate taxes.
