Shipping Terms: While Sohn & Associates will assist, all shipping and handling charges are the complete responsibility of the winning bidder. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of items is at the sole risk, expense, and liability of the buyer. Any items not removed on scheduled pick-up dates may be charged a daily storage fee at a rate determined by the auctioneer, and/or resold with NO REFUND to the buyer. By bidding on the items, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Sohn and Associates will ship items through the U.S.P.S. or FedEx at the expense of the Purchaser. Hard to pack or exceptionally fragile/large items may be taken to a professional packing company. No furniture will be shipped. In addition to actual shipping fees, we will also charge a small materials and handling fee. Please allow 7-10 business days from scheduled pick-up date for items to be shipped. |
