BY LAW YOU MUST HAVE A GUN PERMIT OR A CCL TO PURCHASE A HAND GUN.
It is against federal law to sell a gun of any description to a felon. In order to know for sure whether a person has a criminal record there must be a background check before the sale of a long gun.
This IS required by law.
Therefore our Company Policy is:
A HAND GUN PERMIT, CCW OR FFL PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO BUY “ANY” GUN.
ONE PERMIT FOR EACH HAND GUN. YOU MAY PURCHASE AS MANY LONG GUNS AS YOU WISH WITH A SINGLE GUN PERMIT OR CONCEAL CARRY PERMIT. WE WILL MAKE A COPY OF YOUR PERMIT FOR LONG GUNS BUT ON HAND GUNS WE WILL FILL OUT AND KEPT YOUR PERMIT.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PERMIT DAY OF AUCTION YOU CAN NOT BUY ANY GUN!
IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PERMIT PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A GUN AT ALL!

All purchases must be paid for day of auction.
Should you be from any state other than North Carolina and purchase any gun from our auctions you have to either be a valid and current FFL dealer or go thru a FFL dealer in your state to receive the gun from a N.C. Gun dealer as required by law.
Funwood Auction is taking this measure to insure the safety of our sellers, buyers and ourselves so that neither we (Funwood Auction) nor the seller we represent is breaking the law by selling a weapon to a felon. Thereby protecting ourselves and our sellers from law suits and protecting our family, our friends and our neighbors from these guns ending up in the WRONG hands!
