It’s our final sale of 2018 and it is going to be amazing! This house is full of beautiful collectibles and vintage finds along with all kinds of western artwork, higher end furniture and not one but two garages. One garage is filled with tools and supplies while the other is a train lover’s paradise/retro hobby shop! As you enter the front door you will see the beautiful leather club chair/ottoman and recliner straight ahead. This is where you will see anniversary collectible vintage tins as well as an armoire, western lamps and tons of VHS and DVDs. The back patio is where you will find holiday and travel items. In the backyard are two patio sets, yard tools, and decorative kokopelli wall art. The kitchen is filled with like new dishes and southwestern cookware and the dining room has an absolutely breathtaking china cabinet and matching 8 foot long dining table. The guest room around the corner has a brand new inflatable bed on legs as well as an assortment of bedding. Through the laundry room to the first garage you will find the Schwinn bicycle, Craftsman tools and toolbox, and a huge assortment of signage for garage and patio walls. Heading back to the living room don’t forget to look for the Franklin Mint collection of amazing collectible dolls and the buckboard seat and lasso in the entryway. To the left of the doorway is a small office with a wide array of books, Life collectible series, 45 records, Painted Pony collectibles, camera equipment, lamps and much more. The master bath is where all of the bath items can be found and there is a wide variety of artwork in the halls to check out too. Last but not least, there is the train room. The owner lovingly converted this garage into an old time hobby shop. This collection was compiled over decades. Lionel trains by the dozen, O and HO gauge are most prevalent, most in pristine condition. This is where you will also find an enormous collection of die cast and vintage plastic and rubber cars and trucks. There are 4 glass display cases with lights for sale and a 15 foot long train village complete with houses, factories, cars, light poles, people figurines and everything else you would expect to find there for sale. In addition to everything mentioned this is also where you will find the cap guns, Rocketeer poster and figurine and other vintage toys and posters. This home is only 45 minutes from midtown Tucson and it’s an easy drive.
