We are unable to quote prices on individual items, there are no early sales or previews, and no on-line sales. You must come to the sale during sale days only to purchase items.
All Sales are final. Cash preferred, credit/debit cards (with appropriate identification). Sales taxes are collected. PLEASE bring us a filled-out resale form and copy of your sales tax certificate, if you are a reseller, to EVERY sale. Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed from the house at time of sale. No large bags allowed inside the house at any time. At the request of the homeowners children will not be allowed inside at any time because of the crowded conditions. No public restrooms. We may have to limit the number of people in the home at any time. We are not responsible for any accidents. Remember that sometimes the family removes items from a sale at the last minute. We try to prevent this, but it happens. |

Mid Century Modern Furniture in every room, along with three walk-in closets that are packed to overflowing with mostly brand new clothes with the tags still on them. Women's sizes small to medium. Women's shoes......boxes boxes boxes of shoes - most unworn - sizes 6.5 to 7 medium. You just won't believe it - and you shouldn't miss it! Huge collection of men's fabulous suits, dress shirts, casual shirts, slacks, cowboy boots, belts, and more! You won't believe how much is here, and if you shop the big and tall men's department you are in luck. Most slacks are size 48. Shirts are XXL AND XXXL. Set of Franciscan China in the Silver Pine pattern - you just can't get more Mid Century than that! The Drexel king size bedroom furniture all matches and there is a king bed, night stands, vanity or makeup table, men's dresser, double dresser. The den has the matching desk and it has a top that opens up and flips over to make it larger. There is a side board that matches this in the dining room, and a couple of arm chairs in a matching pattern too. Lovely side chairs, lamps, and more! The guest room has matching twin beds and mirrored double dresser by Continental Furniture Company in the french provincial style, but it's heavy furniture. This set of furniture will last you another lifetime. G. Harvey wall Art! Paintings Vintage dining room set - table has three leaves, and six chairs. There is a matching buffet and a matching curio cabinet! Vintage GI Joe vintage toys New dolls, and vintage and antique dolls Linens Washer & Dryer Freezer More Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday decor than you can imagine.
