TIMESAVERS ESTATE SALE PRESENTS: A LOVELY SALE IN NORTH AURORA!
We are pleased to present this lovely sale in North Aurora with lots of great items.....nice solid furniture pieces (some Kroehler), bedroom furniture, waterfall cedar chest in lovely condition, a Lane cedar chest, LOTS of linens including some of the most adorable hand stitched tea towels and vintage lace linens, lots of table cloths and napkins sets for your holidays. Kitchen items galore and we have Christmas dishes, Christmas glassware, Christmas platters and plates and have yet to unpack all the Christmas decorations. There is a TON of cut glass, crystal (Orrefors and more), beautiful glassware of all sorts, some depression, amber. We have a huge collection of "old people" figurines of various brands, several sets of china including lovely Spode Cowslip with lots and lots of pieces.....extra plates (square ones) all the serving pieces you can imagine and even demitasse cups and saucers (gorgeous set for Thanksgiving!) and Wedgewood Cathay, which also includes double handled soup cups with their own saucers....nice! We have books, Christmas (boxes and bins yet to be unpacked) and other holiday items, practical kitchen items, so much Corningware (mostly vintage and in wonderful condition), a selection of Longaberger baskets, a vintage picnic basket, a nice every day Mikasa dinnerware set, a stainless flatware set in a wooden case, a lovely silverplate flatware set so full of pieces it even has seafood forks! We have a monitor/TV, small stereo system, other electronic items, including many hard drives. We have some musical instruments.....a Yamaha acoustic guitar, and a piccolo trumpet! along with a Seth Thomas metronome of course! You will definitely find something at this sale and this is the one to shop for your holiday entertaining needs.
We have found some antiques: stereoview, mason jar oil can, antique sausage stuffer/fruit press. Also found more interesting items: A Meeschaum sultan pipe with case, box of HO train cars and tracks (selling for one price), a cast iron pig door stop, cast iron pots, Boyds Bears, several great vintage Nativity sets, nice Christmas items (we have a whole pantry filled with Christmas dishes, glassware, mugs and more), a monitor/TV combo, various electronic items, small flat screen TV.
There is a selection of women's clothing including some pieces by Chico's, Coldwater Creek and a nice vintge mink shrug/jacket. Today we found a lovely beaded cream color dress that appears to be a very vintage (antique?) wedding dress, full of lace and beautiful! Some nice women's shoes, nice leather purses including Liz Claiborne, Liz Claiborne, Rosetti, almost all nice leather bags, a small Coach, a few Miche outer shells, vintage bridal shoes and headpiece, vintage handbag. Also a nice selection of scarves, many of which are 100% silk.
The garage is filled with stuff, some Christmas, most of the Pfaltzgraff, barware (Bears!). There is a nice PortAMate saw stand and a few more tools for the guys in the garage, ladders, and all that "garage stuff." We also have a nice Schwinn Sierra bike in the basement. Also two tool boxes and a slew of hand tools all priced individually, including the boxes. Small black tool box also with some tools.
We also unpacked the largest selection of Pfaltzgraff Yorktowne you have ever seen.......not only dinnerware, but all the serving pieces, trays, tureen, corn holders, chip & dip and so much more. We have tried to picture most of it, but not sure you can see it all...so you must come if you love this stuff!
We also have quite a selection of religious items, statues, crosses and we even have a silver plated (Catholic?) thurible censer...wow what a piece, it is from France (1800's) and quite an amazing piece. We will be taking bids on this item most likely. We also have a very pretty large selection of rosaries, many of them crystal. Another small gold color incense burner, a ceramic chalice and more!
You don't want to miss this sale! Lots of practical, many vintage items and some antiques too! We have it all.
