PA residents will be charged a 6% sales tax unless you send Merchant's Wares a REV-1220 Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate, which we will keep on file for future auctions. OR you can register your Sales Tax ID with Proxibid, and PA residents with a number on file with Proxibid will not be charged sales tax. If Merchant's Wares is shipping to a state other than PA or NJ, you will not be charged sales tax.

NJ Residents and NJ pickups will be charged NJ Sales Tax of 6.625% on all applicable items unless bidder remits a NJ Sales Tax ID Exemption form or has a Tax ID Number on file;.

If you prefer to use your own shipper, you may choose to pick up your items in Lewisburg, PA at Silver Moon Antiques and Consignment Barn, or in Hewitt, NJ or in Lock Haven, PA. Merchant's Wares has several locations and the auctioneer travels regularly between them. Items are shipped from 17837, Lewisburg, PA or nearby. We are often on the road, so response times may vary depending on contact method - If you want an option other than USPS Priority Mail for shipping, we appreciate it if you would contact Merchant's Wares before the auction, even if you are unsure if you will win an item.
