Terms and Conditions: All items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is Condition without any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.  All bidders / buyers are expected to make a reasonable inspection of the item or items of interest before bidding / buying.  Once the auctioneer declares the item sold, the winning bidder is soley responsible for the possession of the item or items.  Neither the auction company nor the seller are responsible for any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen items.  All items must be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  There will be a 4% buyers fee included to the final total of the purchase if payment is made with Credit or Debit Cards.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check, the 4% buyers fee is waived on Personal Property item purchases only.

Directions:  From Rogers and Greenwood Ave in Fort Smith, Ar.   Turn South on Greenwood Ave and follow to SOUTH "O" Street.  Turn East on SOUTH "O" Street and follow to the auction location.  Check in will begin at 9am, please arrive early and allow yourself time for check in and inspection of auction items.
