Please form sign up list line out by the gate. Do not line up in front of home, anybody lined up in front of the home will go to the back of the line.

Due to HOA restrictions, no one is allowed to park inside the gated community. You must park the streets outside the complex and walk up to the sale.  The side walk up door will be open.

Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, Visa, & Mastercards only no checks will be accepted. Sales tax will be charged at register unless you have a re-sellers license. Reseller's license must be present.

A Grasons sign-in sheet will go out an hour prior to the posted sale start time on the first day of the sale. No other lists will be honored and there will be no sign-in sheet provided any other day.  No items are available for presale and prices will not be quoted on any items prior to the start of the sale. We do not place any items on reserve, it is first come first serve. Only Grasons Staff are allowed to mark items as sold. Please be respectful to the home, neighbors and Grasons Staff members. This is a sale you won't want to miss out on, happy treasure hunting. See you at the sale!
