This brick two-flat building built in 1916 features a first-floor apartment jam-packed with vintage goodies from cool mid-century furniture to home decor and more. The second floor apartment has been untouched for 20 years and although it is in a state of being gutted, there is furniture and useful household items available for sale such as the darling vintage children's furniture with a dollhouse theme and the over-the-stove microwave oven, new in box. There are lots of basement goodies as well. Plan to bring a flashlight as lighting is limited on the second floor and in the offshoot rooms of the basement. A very fun sale!
