Auction Terms and Condtions:  All Sales Are Final, All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is Condition, All Bidder's / Buyer's are expected to make a reasonable inspection of all items of interest before bidding and buying.  Once the item is declared sold by the auctioneer, those Item/Items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller are responsible for Any Lost, Damaged, Misplaced or Stolen Items.  All Items must be paid for on Auction Day. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Approved Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID, We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of Payment.  Payments made with Credit or Debit Cards will have a 4% buyers fee included with payment total, however payments made with Cash or Approved Check the 4% buyers fee will be waived on personal property item purchases only.
