1- All registered bidders may bid in-person live at 207 Albany Street Burlington, NC 27215. Absentee/internet bidding will be conducted via HIBID. Phone Bids can also be arranged up 9am Saturday 10-13-18. All phone bids must be secured with a credit card.

2- Buyers Premium- Live in-house bidding at Village Square Auctions physical location is Thirteen percent, 13%. For online bids placed through HIBID.com buyers premium is Eighteen, 18%. Phone bids buyers premium is 18%.

3- There is no sales tax for this auction.

4- Personal property- Buying items as is, where is, no guarantees, no warrenties, expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. It is the bidders responsibility to inspect items before placing bids. There are no refunds or exchanges, if you bid on an item and win it you will pay for the item in full and arrange pick up or shipping. If you would like further description or have a question about an item you are encouraged to call VSA.

5- Weights are approximates not exact.

6- Online bidders: The identity of all bidders will be verified. If bidders cannot be verified Auctioneer reserves the right to deny bidding activity until person is verified. Bidder is responsible for any and all activity on theor account to include bids, local and state taxes, buyers premium, payments and arrangements to take possession of items. You must be 18 years old to register and bid on any items.

7- Auction cancellation: Seller and Auction Company reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. Seller or auction company reserves the right to cancel auction, remove or add any item or lot in the auction prior to the close of the auciton.

8- Default- Seller or Auction Company reserves the right to sell an item to the next highest bidder if the winning bidder defaults on payment of item/lot.

Declined credit card transactions will incur a $25.00 per attempt to collect invoice balance. You agree not to initiate a dispute or issue a charge back on your credit card after your credit card has been charged.

Invoices above $5000.00 will require certified funds or cash.

Pick up-You may pick your items up at our location upon a scheduled time by our staff. If you are having someone else pick up your items we will need your authorization in writing via email. We will need their Name and phone number to arrange the pick up.

Shipping- Village Square Auctions does not ship items. Shipping is the buyers responsibility, including all fee's associated with a third party shipper of your choice.

This is the Estate of Mr. JB Long, deceased. Mr Long was a world wide traveler, a Exhalted Ruler of the Elks and a member of other organizations such as the Mason's. Mr Long was Veteran a Burlington business owner. The house is full of beautiful items from around the globe.
