Transitions Estate Sales & Services is pleased to be asked to liquidate the contents of the estate of Lorene Brown. She was a long time resident of Blountstown, Florida. Her lovely home is also for sale by owner and we will have information on hand should anyone be interested in the property. Mrs. Browns home is loaded with quality furniture, collectibles, costume jewelry, lots of general household items and more. Furniture to include: Round Oak dining table with 6 chairs, 1940's drop leaf table that yould make a great entry table, entertainment center, Hat rack, 1940's server, Walnut collapsible shelf, Recliners, End tables, 1970's Dining table with 6 matching chairs, extra leaf and table top padding, with matching China Cabinet that had once belonged to her mother, solid wood bench seat, several bookcases, Small office desk, two office chairs one of which is vintage, filing cabinet, Matching chest and dresser with mirror, Quilt rack, Large 10 drawer dresser with matching queen size posted bed and night stand, standing jewelry chest, three queen size mattresses and box springs, with one being a Craft-O-Matic all in excellent condition the other two are Serta, Microwave stand, cedar chest and Vintage Rockers. Nice selection of crystal glasses, and bowls, Noritake China set "Cerurean" # 4726, Knowles decorative plates, Oneida flatware set in chest, Capodimonte items, a couple pieces of roseville pottery, Milk glass, Hawthrone collection of Gone With The Wind houses designed by Kenneth & Hope Le Van with was a 1993 Turner Entertainment Co. collection, lots of baskets, vintage hand fans, tea pots sets, Lots of kitchen items way to many to list and many other treasures to be found. Nice selection of vintage jewelry, sewing and craft items. a few FSU items, Lamps, art, linens, towels blankets, sheet sets and the list goes on. Christmas decorations, out door flags, lawn tools, Washer and Dryer and many more items. Wonderful selection of ladies clothing, handbags and shoes. Clothing is size medium and large and shoes are size 7 & 9. |
