This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 1 day after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all monies. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by West Central Sales and Auction. Item Pickup Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the alotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer. Returned Check Fees A fee of $35.00 will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by West Central Sales and Auction. Item Pickup Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Bring a friend! We are able to assist you with some items, but we are unable to load everything for you. Bring along a friend if you purchased large items, bring boxes if you purchased several small items

Shipping or Removal
We are able to ship smaller items for you, there is a handling charge of $5 a lot, plus the actual cost of shipping. This $5 fee also applies if we remove these items from the property for you
