-To keep chaos to a minimum we limit the number of people in the home at one time. - We don't presell items, so if you see it in our advertising we will have it at sale opening - We welcome collectors, resellers, and everyone in between - Please bring boxes and packing material to transport your treasures home -All items will be priced -We accept Cash and Credit Cards- NO checks! -No public bathrooms available -All items are sold as is, no refunds or returns -Please be mindful of the neighbors and keep off their lawns. -We are unable to help move/carry items please bring help to load heavy furniture. - Do you LOVE shopping our sales?
