PARKING!!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a beautiful community with wonderful longtime residents. Please be respectful. As you approach the house, you will see a Grasons associate in a red shirt guiding you where to park. Please do not block any driveways and park only on the south side of the street. If you are parked in a way that blocks neighbors' driveways or impedes their entry/exit we will have to ask you to move your car.
This sale is truly a one of a kind, once a year type of sale for collectors of all kinds. Brands include the following:

As you enter through the first garage (yes there are two) you will see Craftsman and Homak toolboxes, a Delta sander, half HP Craftsman bench grinder, Delta belt sander, 10" miter saw, Schwinn 5 speed men's bike, several brand name tool carts, chain saw, blower, numerous power tools, drill bit sets and many more small items too numerous to list.
As you enter the house you will step into the kitchen where you can see vintage Corning, Pyrex, a complete set of pots by Kirkland and more. Into the den is a 4 piece forest green leather sofa, loveseat, club chair and ottoman combo along with tv's and stereo equipment. Heading out into the Az. room you will see a beautiful like new brown wicker 8 piece patio set along with various occasional chairs and bar stools. Out back is a wrought iron table and chairs, grill, 2 outdoor cookers, various plants and outdoor art and through the gate to the left is the "Captain's Quarters". Here is where you will find the fisherman's paradise with 1971 Boston Whaler 13 ft boat with Johnson outboard, ladders, boat seats, working platforms, Presto heatdish, 6 HP Evinrude engine, Penn reels, Homelite waterbug pump, Lowrance sonar, mini fridge by Magic Chef, numerous fishing poles and much much more!
Heading back into the house take a right and head down the hall. In addition to items in the bathroom and the laundry room you will see a large collection of Hartmann luggage, a unique sewing basket and collectible frames\art in the hall. The master bedroom has lots of solid Made in America furniture, a large selection of brand new men's shoes (size 11) a huge selection of men's clothing (much of it new with tags) the framed and signed DeGrazia prints,vintage ladies small evening purses and all of the linens, both vintage and new!
Heading back down the hall you will see the office with vintage electronics, Lenovo and HP computers, Canon cameras digital and film and more.
The middle bedroom has some very solid bedroom furniture for a child or guest as well as lots of toys and collectibles. This is also where the DVDs and tapes will be.
Moving to the first bedroom don't miss the vintage framed needlepoint pieces, the lovely like new sleeper sofa, the Shelley Foss model boats, car models by Manor, along with countless other die cast and vintage toys. This is where you find a large selection of books as well.
Heading into the living room (watch your step) your eye will be drawn to the beautiful Emperor grandfather clock. As you step into the room, you can't miss the music coming from the vintage stereo/console cabinet in pristine condition. Don't miss the collectible doll with appraisal certificate, large collection of baskets, Hummels, Lladro, and music boxes by Thorens and Reuge St. Croixe. In the dining room look for the Lenox Rutledge, Waterford crystal, vintage beer glasses, steins and swizzle sticks, coke tray memorabilia and much more!
As you head to the checkout be sure to take a look at the pristine Chevy Suburban 2009 with only 21,000 original miles!!
If you can only attend 1 estate sale this year, it should be this one. This family collected high end items and took great care of them. There truly is something for everyone!
