TITLE:  The sellers will provide at their expense a warranty deed and certificate of title and will offer to split the fee for an owner’s policy of Title Insurance.

 

TAX and LEGAL:  The new parcel was part of a 16.5 acre parcel (#27-01932.000).  The current taxes will be pro-rated to the date of closing and the taxes for the new parcel will be established by the county auditor.  The new survey has been completed and the parcel is approved by Wayne County.
