Or from Grand Rapids take M-45 West to 120^th Ave.  (6 miles west of Allendale), South on 120^th Ave. 11 miles to Lakewood Blvd., West 2 miles. North side of the road. (Ottawa Co.)

Having sold my antique warehouse, I will sell at Live Public Auction to the highest bidder, with no reserve or minimum the entire contents as one lot. NOTE: Russ and his late wife Carol were avid Auction goers and antique buyers over the past 45 years. They have accumulated a vast quantity of good antiques and collectibles and filled this 30’ X 80’ heated warehouse to the brim. Russ, having reached the age of 85, has decided it’s time to move on to other interests. He has sold the warehouse and MUST have it completely empty by Oct. 10^th.  Russ, with no way to sell the items at a conventional Auction on-site and no way to move it off site in the time frame mentioned, has decided to sell the entire contents with shelving and fixtures at Live Public Auction as one huge lot!! This will be a rare opportunity to purchase 1000’s and 1000’s of antiques as one lot!!

We will open the doors at 12 Noon on Monday October 1^st with 5 hours to inspect, then sell the entire warehouse as one lot to one buyer.  You won’t believe the quantity and quality of the items in this unusual one lot auction. Don’t miss this opportunity!!! 

TERMS: Cash or good check day of Auction. NO CREDIT CARDS ON THIS AUCTION. Warehouse to be completed emptied by October 10^th, $500 refundable deposit to be made at time of purchase, returned to the buyer when all terms have been met. Other terms may apply and may be updated. Restroom on site, no lunch wagon.

 Also there are many SK tools, 3pt. post hole digger, approx. 30 new 2’X6’X6’ high heavy duty pallet rack type shelves, file cabinets, lots hardware, tool boxes, golf clubs and other tools.

This 2400 Square foot warehouse full will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve as one huge lot to one buyer. Come out for the inspection on Monday October 1^st at 12 Noon and be ready to bid on the entire contents at 5:00PM. There will be no early sales or piecemeal sales on Auction day. One lot only!!
