Auction Terms
All firearms will be transferred through Four Seasons Gun Shop, 1412 S Monon Drive, Bloomington, IN 47403; phone number 812-333-3179. Local bidders should call for hours and to arrange pickup. For bidders who require shipping, all firearms that shoot modern ammunition MUST be shipped to your local FFL dealer. Please have your dealer fax a copy of his/her FFL license to the office of Four Seasons Gun Shop (812-333-8450) and include your name and bidder and/or invoice number on the sheet. All sales of firearms or receivers with a serial number are subject to a $20.00 FFL transfer fee. Check with your receiving FFL dealer and work out all receiving agreements. We are not gun experts. Please look carefully at the pictures and ask all questions prior to bidding. You are bidding on what you see in the photos. All sales are AS IS and final. Buyers will be assessed a 15% buyer's premium. Prior to bidding on any item in this auction the Buyer agrees that he only is responsible for making certain that Firearms or items being purchased are legal in your local area; State or county and/or State being shipped to. United Country Coffey Realty & Auction retains the right to govern goods and services sold to clients and to maintain the level and integrity of our business. The bidders Credit card on file will be charged immediately following auction unless prior arrangements are made with the auction company. If you are shipping, you will need to provide a credit card to cover shipping costs. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. The Sale of Items- United Country Coffey Realty & Auction has the right to terminate the auction at any reasonable time; withdrawal from sale any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. The auction company also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk. No Liability- United Country Coffey Realty & Auction assumes no liability for your purchases (if you buy an item, and you don't know how to use it and get injured, we are not liable). The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the Auction Company, Representative and/or seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to the fitness or use of that asset being purchased. Documents- All documents must be completed in full by buyers and sellers. For example: Death Certificates, Letters of Authority, Creditor Liens, and UCC's when purchasing vehicles, firearms, etc. Loading Equipment- United Country Coffey Realty & Auction does not lend, lease, or borrow any equipment, nor deliver sold goods. Bidders- All bidders must register to participate in an auction. Bidding- No consignor, seller, or agent for seller has that right to bid on their consigned goods. Employee Bidding- Any employee of United Country Coffey Realty & Auction may bid at any auction if they so wish to purchase an item. Compliance With The Terms of Sale- In default of payment of bills for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. Payment- Purchases must be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. All sales are final. No Returns will be allowed, No Exceptions. All sales are "As-Is Where-Is" no warrantees are expressed or implied. Sold Items- All items become the sole responsibility of the purchaser when auctioneer confirms your number as successful bidder. Although the auction company will exhibit reasonable care to safeguard purchases until removed by purchaser, no refunds or adjustments will be allowed for any shortages. We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost goods. Condition of Items Sold- All information is believed to be accurate, but the auction company shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as is" and without recourse. On-line buyers outside the area will be responsible for shipping and handling. Firearms will be shipped to an FFL gun dealer in your area, where additional transfer fees may be charged. Upon the purchase of a firearm that will be shipped to an FFL dealer, a signed credit card receipt is required prior to shipment of firearm. Shipping insurance will be paid by Buyer on ALL items shipped. No shipments will be made on any Explosives; Primers, Powder and/or Loaded Ammo. Local pickup only will be available for these items. (Within 48 hours of auction/purchase) Minimum Shipping charges: o Long guns: $35.00 each o Hand guns shipped in same box: " 1st gun $25.00, 2nd gun additional $15.00, 3 or more additional $10.00 for each gun. o Insurance for the entire value of the item. o Shipping charge Examples: " 1 long gun sale price $800.00= ($35.00 + $16.00 ins. = $51.00 shipping) " 3 hand guns (same box) sale price $500.00 ea. Total sale price $1,500.00= ($25.00 + $15.00 + $10.00 +$30.00 ins. = $80.00 shipping) o Accessories will be shipped in USPS Flat Rate boxes when allowed. UPS when not allowed using UPS rates per location and weight of item. United Country - Coffey Realty & Auction (Auction Company) is providing internet bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 before the auction staggered close process begins. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
