Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be Sold As-Is, Where-Is without Any Warranties of Any Kind. All Bidders are Encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of items of interest before Bidding / Buying. Once the item or items are Declared Sold by the Auctioneer that Item or Items become the sole responsibility of the Bidder.  Neither the Seller Nor the Auction Company are responsible for any items that are Lost, Damaged, Misplaced, Stolen.   All Items Must Be Paid For the Day of Auction. 

Payment Terms:  We Accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  If Credit or Debit Cards are used as a form of payment, there will be a 4% buyers fee included with payment.  If payment is made with Cash or Approved Check the 4% buyers fee will be waived on Personal Property Items Only. 

Directions:  From the intersection of Hwy 64 and 71 in Alma, Ar. go West to the Atwoods store in Alma.  Trinkets and Treasures will be located in front of Atwoods on Hwy 64.
