**We do not give prices via Email or over the phone.** **This is a Cash & Cards Only Sale. ** We do not have a signup sheet on the day of the sale, first come first served. ** All merchandise must be removed from the property by close of sale day unless other arrangements have been made in writing. **Please bring your own help for moving of large pieces of furniture, we have limited help at all sales. **You are entering property at your own risk. **No large bags or purses are going to be allowed on the property, no exceptions. **We have plenty of bags and paper to wrap your purchases, please bring your own boxes.
