     This sale is going to be an awesome, but different type sale        rather than our normal type.

       This is about 4 acres of STUFF everywhere, you will have to       just dig through it all.

     Please read ALL OF THE FOLLOWING :

     A) Everyone entering the property MUST sign a wavier each           day of the sale ( NO EXCEPTIONS )

     B) We are asking that this is an adult sale only, ( Due to                  safety )

     C) We ask that you attend with a buddy, ( this is so                          someone can watch your items ) 

     D) Please wear long pants and closed toed shoes and bring            your BUG SPRAY

     E) Pack your patience and lunch

     F) We have brought in a Handicap size Porta Potty ( There              is no other facility here )

    At this sale, the only items that have a price are:

   Tractors, Cars, Boats, Trucks, Trailers, Motorcyles Storage               Containers !!!!!!!!!!

   Other than the items above, YOU MAKE A PILE, WE WILL               MAKE YOU A DEAL

     Bring your wagons and wheelbarrows !!!!!!!!!

   We will have 3 people through out the property that will make you     a price on your goods. When you are ready for a price, find one       of  our people and we will give you a price and a ticket to carry to     the cashier, get your receipt and then return to your items and         recover them after a staff member checks it off by signing your         ticket

   Be watchful of any machinery moving around the property.
