From US 30, turn onto Orchard Rd. (at Hartlaub’s Auto – it’s about a block away from Paradise School) then travel approx. 1 ¾ miles – Auction House is on the Right
Box lots start @ 4PM.
Table items immediately follow box lots and then furniture.
Pavilion Items and Tools @ 6PM

Terms: CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, GOOD CHECK with sufficient funds; no out of state checks, PA Checks Only. We reserve the right to require cash or a cashier’s check for any item(s) purchased. For cashier's check, item(s) will be released to purchaser once check is processed and funds are cleared. A 4% Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases, discounted for those paying by cash or check. Announcements made auction day supersede anything written or implied. Everything is sold “AS IS” we make no guarantees of any kind; no returns or refunds.
LEFT BIDS: There is a $20 minimum on each left bid item. If you email, do not wait until the day of sale to do so, as we are busy we rarely check email on sale day. As always, everything is sold “AS IS” we make no guarantees of any kind. No returns, no refunds. If you are the winning bidder and we need to ship your item, 6% sales tax, shipping/handling, insurance and signature confirmation will be added to your bill. Payments for items that need to be shipped are by check only; we will only take out of state checks for items that need to be shipped, once the funds clear your items will be sent to you.
