As you enter the house through the garage, be sure to check out the ladders and fridge for sale. Upon entering the house, to your left is the office. Here you will find a futon, a desk, some men’s clothing and a Stetson hat among other things. Heading back down the hallway the room to your right is the art room. This has so much to explore including original artwork, a Logan model framer’s edge tool, storage shelves, a Seagull mahogany guitar, a Martin and Co. Guitar, an Apple monitor, Dell computer, a portable heater and much much more. Heading down the hallway to the other side of the house you will find a closet in the master bedroom with women’s clothes as well as several men’s and women’s black leather motorcycle jackets including a like new Black Stallion jacket. In the living room area you will find a leather sofa and various occasional tables as well as a large Phillips flat screen TV. The kitchen has a wide array of items and vintage collectibles. Heading out to the back porch you will find a table and 4 chairs, other cushioned outdoor chairs, a propane grille , wind chimes and several small pots. Do not forget to check out the front yard with the beautiful ceramic pots! This sale is a don’t miss so come check it out! Directions: Take the Pomerene Rd exit, EXIT306. Turn right onto N Pomerene Rd/I-10 Bus W. Turn left onto E 4th St. Take the 1st right onto E Benson Airport Rd. Take the 2nd left onto E Goldenrod Ln.
