Things to know about Platinum Estate Sales to help you have a most enjoyable experience.     Please Read.

1) SUNDAY OPEN 10 AM UNTIL 2 PM.  Regardless of what the signage says.  Last one in the door at 1:45
2) You will be responsible for the sign-up sheet.
2)  DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET OVERNIGHT,  Please keep our voices down so as not to disturb the neighbors.
3) Do not rush the door, do not run and push other shoppers.  
4) Do not remove price tags, a sale staffer will mark your item sold should you choose to purchase and we will have holding areas.
5) Fighting, arguing, pushing or shoving, will not be tolerated, those doing so will be removed. 
6)DISCOUNTS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS,  25 TO 50% OFF some exceptions will apply.. 
7) We like CASH, however, we do accept OVER $10.00, THE FOLLOWING, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards, NO Paypal, or American Express, NO CHECKS. We do have a convenience fee for both debit and credit transactions.

TAX: This is an estate sale conducted in Illinois, Owned by one family, and no tax is required to be charged.
MOVING: WE DO NOT Move your items nor do we provide moving supplies. Please bring your own help when purchasing all items. Also, see the list of local movers provided on the site.
LIABILITY WAIVER: The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion. Please be careful and have fun most of all. 
VALUABLES: Are always removed prior to the doors opening, we use wireless security
HOURS: WE CLOSE SUNDAY AT 2 PM,  LAST PERSON IN THE DOOR AT 1:45, REGARDLESS OF SIGNAGE.
PARKING: Please park on one side of the road only, please do not park or block driveways, fire hydrants or emergency areas. Areas with no curbs please do not park too close to the grassy area, RESPECT ONE ANOTHER WHEN PARKING.  DO NOT park on both sides of the street! Obey all Parking signs for safety. 
Parking allowed on the house side of the street ONLY, obey signs or the village will tow. DO NOT PARK OVERNIGHT, GLENCOE FROWNS ON THIS.

Think Groovy 60's with wild cocktail parties, martinis and cigarettes, cigar parties, and grooving to the beat.

It is rare we offer a home so filled with MCM, yet here it is in Glencoe for one and all to enjoy. THIS IS A GROOVY 60's home.

But, with every silver lining comes a little bad with the good, yes the home had cats, and yes they enjoyed cigars and cigarettes, they grooved and entertained, were avid readers, music lovers and adored MCM , the Eames chair is original and purchased in 1959,  as most pieces are the real deal as well.

The ozone and air purifier machines are doing a great job and very little to any odor is present, and all items have been cleaned

BUT,  if you are allergic or sensitive to cats or nicotine you could be offended. So beware. In spite of all our best efforts to clean and deodorize using ozone machines and tons of products to remove grease, grime, and whatnot, along with removing soft goods, and professionally cleaning furnishings, there may still be odors for the very sensitive noses out there. FAIR WARNING.

Rosewood table and 4 chairs all are made of Rosewood all on chrome bases with original tags from 1963 purchased at Marshall Fields. RARE TO FIND
