PAYMENT: The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for a 10% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES). The balance will be due within 24 hours in the form of cash or cashiers check, AND BEFORE ANYTHING IS REMOVED.

If your credit card is declined for the deposit, we will attempt to call you ONE TIME. If we reach you, we will ask for another card, that will clear for the deposit. If we do not reach you, your bid will be voided and the sale will be offered to the next highest bidder.

ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 3% PROCESSING FEE, WHICH WILL BE SHOWN AS AN INCREASED BUYERS PREMIUM (13% vs 10%)

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
**Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
**Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid.
**With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which the disputed charges were made, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.

This very successful salon and spa is moving to their new location very soon. Everything in the current location is being used daily and is in great condition. Since the staff will close this store and open the new one on consecutive days, nothing here could be transferred to the new location. We will be offering the asset package as one lot. The buyer can lease the current location which is undergoing major renovations by the new property owners, or the buyer can move the assets to another location. The build out for this store cost over $150,000 when it originally opened. It is absolutely beautiful and ready to reopen immediately. The REMOVABLE shower/steamroom/sauna cost over $10,000, so we were told.
