After 50 plus years in the Tire Business Mr. Gerald (Jerry) Hamel has decided to retire and Offer at Public Auction One More Chance for Deals, Deals, Deals !!! It is our great pleasure to assist Mr. Hamel with this Final Close Out Auction.
Don't miss this opportunity to purchase at Live Auction Saturday August 4th. 2018 All Types of Tires. All of the Tires will be Brand New, there will be approx. 2,000 +/- Brand New Tires. Types of tires will include Off Road, Passenger Car, Light Truck, Tractor Tires, Atv / Utv Tires, Trailer Tires and More. There will be a large variety of sizes. Included in this auction will be New Lug Nuts, New Oil Filters, BG Products, Antique Advertisement Pieces, Air Filters, Office Furniture, and Much More !!!
We will update the item listing as we get closer to the Auction.
We will also be offering at Live Auction the Real Estate located on the corner of one of the busiest intersections in Ft. Smith, Ar., Wheeler Ave. and Phoenix Ave. The traffic count is approx. 11,000 vehicles per day with over 1500 Delivery Trucks included. This is a With Reserve Auction which means the owner has the final authority to accept or reject the final highest bid.
THERE WILL NOT BE A BUYER'S PREMIUM ON THE REAL ESTATE INCLUDED AT THIS AUCTION !!!!
Your final highest bid If Accepted on the Real Estate will be the price you pay for the Real Estate. All normal Buyer's Side Closing Fees will be included as well. The successful sale of the Real Estate at Auction Will Not Be Contingent Upon the Buyer's ability to obtain Financing. All Potential Bidder's / Buyer's are encouraged to make any financial arraignments Prior to the Auction. If you are the successful winning bidder the property will be expected to close in approx. 30 days from the auction date.
The winning bidder will be required to Pay a 10% Non Refundable Deposit Day of Auction.
All interested parties are encouraged to perform all inspections prior to the auction. Any and All Inspection Cost will be the responsibility of the Interested Party Requesting the Inspection.
