As you enter the property you can enter through the front door of the house or go directly to the tool area to the back of the property. If you enter through the front door, you will see some beautiful clothes on the half wall in the living room. The kitchen is where a lot of the household items are so don't stop! From Cuisenarte pots to crochet items to children's toys and games to Tom's shoes and a Cabela's meat slicer (professional grade) you will find tons of treasures. This is where the multitude of Ikea brand office and decor items are as well.Heading out to the backyard you will find a wooden picnic table and benches, an outdoor rectangular table and chairs and a lot of furniture. Due to having the house painted within the last week to prepare for the sale, this is where you will find the furniture. From the electric leather recliner to the one of a kind high table and stools to the storage cabinets there is something for almost everyone. Moving to your left you will see another patio with a modern headboard and matching dresser, 2 completely different desks and an office chair and much more. And we haven't even gotten to the tools yet! This former painting contractor has a multitude of ladders and a paint sprayer, tires, building materials, a 6x12 utility trailer, a metal truck tool box, a heavy duty truck rack, various miscellaneous tools and maskers just to name a few things. We cannot list it all! And that doesn't even include the 2007 35 foot Thor Jazz model travel trailer. This sale is a one of a kind treasure hunt and everything must go so come join us and join in the fun!
Directions: From Ajo Rd and Mission Rd head west on Ajo Rd to Kinney Rd. Turn right onto S. Kinney Rd. Stay straight to go onto W Mile Wide Rd. Turn left onto N Camino Altar. Take the 2nd right onto W Calle Madero. House in on corner will see Grasons signs directing you to sale.
Please bring boxes and paper to wrap items as there are so many items we will not have enough!
