All lots have been photographed and described to the best of our ability, but may not always give an accurate depiction for assessing quality and value. A 10% Buyers Premium is added to the final bid price on each item to determine final selling price. For example, an items with a final bid price of $100 will have a final selling price of $110. This is an Absolute Auction meaning all items will sell to the highest bidder and ownership will transfer regardless of the bid price. All items must be picked up within the designated Load Out times on July 16, 2018. Any items not picked up will be left at the premises or retained by the auction company for disposal. The winning bidder's credit card will be charged the full amount regardless of whether they receive the items. All bidders failing to pick up their items during the designated load out times will be banned from bidding on future auctions.
