All buyers must pick up their winning items during the scheduled times (7-16-18 between 2pm and 5pm), as this is not our office, this is a private home and we must be out by 5pm on Monday July 16. If you are not able to pick up, have someone come for you or pay for shipping. No exceptions and no alternatives. Thank you in advance and make sure you bring help for loading large items.

All items are sold AS-IS without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. All lots have been photographed and described to the best of our ability, but may not always give an accurate depiction for assessing quality and value. Please take advantage of our Auction Preview which will occur on July 8, 2018, or call 231-330-1042 for any questions or clarifications.

A 10% Buyers Premium is added to the final bid price on each item to determine final selling price. For example, an items with a final bid price of $100 will have a final selling price of $110.

This is an Absolute Auction meaning all items will sell to the highest bidder and ownership will transfer regardless of the bid price.

All items must be picked up within the designated Load Out times on July 16, 2018. Any items not picked up will be left at the premises or retained by the auction company for disposal. The winning bidder's credit card will be charged the full amount regardless of whether they receive the items. All bidders failing to pick up their items during the designated load out times will be banned from bidding on future auctions.

Bidders are responsible for determining quality and value of each item in the auction. Bidders will be provided a Preview date and time to view each item in person to assist in determining value and condition.
Listing Information
Tom and Andrea Reinert have sold their beautiful home on Walloon Lake and are moving from the area. The following items will not be moved with them and are being offered at Absolute Auction. There is a wide array of interesting items throughout this small auction. Please be aware of our terms and conditions prior to bidding. IMPORTANT: All buyers must pick up their winning items during the scheduled times (7-16-18 between 2pm and 5pm), as this is not our office, this is a private home and we must be out by 5pm on Monday July 16. If you are not able to pick up, have someone come for you or pay for shipping. No exceptions and no alternatives. Thank you in advance and make sure you bring help for loading large items. All items are sold AS-IS without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. All lots have been photographed and described to the best of our ability, but may not always give an accurate depiction for assessing quality and value. Please take advantage of our Auction Preview which will occur on July 8, 2018, or call 231-330-1042 for any questions or clarifications. A 10% Buyers Premium is added to the final bid price on each item to determine final selling price. For example, an items with a final bid price of $100 will have a final selling price of $110. This is an Absolute Auction meaning all items will sell to the highest bidder and ownership will transfer regardless of the bid price. All items must be picked up within the designated Load Out times on July 16, 2018. Any items not picked up will be left at the premises or retained by the auction company for disposal. The winning bidder's credit card will be charged the full amount regardless of whether they receive the items. All bidders failing to pick up their items during the designated load out times will be banned from bidding on future auctions. Bidders are responsible for determining quality and value of each item in the auction. Bidders will be provided a Preview date and time to view each item in person to assist in determining value and condition.
Tom and Andrea Reinert have sold their beautiful home on Walloon Lake and are moving from the area. The following items will not be moved with them and are being offered at Absolute Auction. There is a wide array of interesting items throughout this small auction. Please be aware of our terms and conditions prior to bidding.
