Grasons Co of Southern Arizona 2 Day Estate Sale on Tanque Verde/Houghton 30% off from 8 am-11 am Saturday 50% off 11 am-1 pm Saturday Address: The Lakes at Castle Rock. Gate Code #3191 (You must press the pound sign first). 2262 N. Split Rock Place, Tucson 85749. Read Carefully: Cameras are at gate. Only only 1 car is allowed thru gate at a time. If you attempt to go thru gate right after another car arm will come down. If you break it you will be charged by the community for repair. Due to HOA restrictions there will be no signs. As you walk up to the front door of this elegant home, you will see some very beautiful wall art and a lovely outdoor bench. Upon entering the home, to your immediate right is the unique "Camel entry table" and a lovely gold framed mirror. To your left in the expansive living room/dining room area are two beautiful Bismark upholstered chairs and a matching sofa as well as a Chinese coin cocktail table. The dining room center piece is an Algean Urn dining base with a round glass top and 8 coordinating chairs. Decorative pillows, a 2 piece hand painted ceramic platter and flask from Fiori and lovely artificial vase/flower arrangements along with some unique art pieces round out the room. Heading straight into the den you will see a Natuzzi chaise for sale. The kitchen has some unique modern stools and kitchen ware by such names as Duraflex (nesting bowls), frosted glasses (vintage Libby brand), plates by Studio Nova, lace edge plates by Bristol House, barware by Williams Sonoma and some vintage fiesta ware from the 30's through the 70's. Straight out into the backyard are large pots filled with mature plants, patio table and matching chairs, an outdoor palm tree lamp, and outdoor stools for your upcoming BBQ. Heading back into the house head upstairs to the loft room on your left. This is where you will find the like new camel colored leather sofa, club chairs, unique African style wall art and an enormous array of office and wrapping/craft supplies. Wrapping paper, boxes, bows, ribbon, scrapbook paper, Christmas cards, stationary and various other supplies are all ready to be purchased. Heading across the hall you will see some lovely coffee table books to your right and an enormous artificial tree along with bathroom items and some more beautiful artwork. To your right is the beautiful white wicker bedroom set and some high end clothes and hats for you to browse through. Heading back downstairs under the stairs you will see the master bedroom to your left. The elegant king bed with canopy, door chest and various other items by high end manufacturers are all available for purchase. As you walk out to the garage, you will see the G.E. no frost food freezer, Christmas items in great condition, and a small assortment of tools.
