We will accept, cash, good checks with approval, all major credit cards, and paypal. There will be no refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold as-is, where-is. There will be one entrance and one exit. Please bring your help to load all items, as estate sale company employees will be busy staffing the sale. All Sales are Final. State and local sales taxes apply. 3% fee for paying with credit/debit cards. Due to the expected turnout, and to provide added security for everyone for this sale, WE WILL ONLY LET 25 PEOPLE IN AT A TIME. As people exit we will then let in people accordingly. We WILL NOT HAVE A SIGN IN SHEET, we will however have posted where the entrance is, and the first 25 people lined up will be let in. Please be courteous to your neighbor, police officer will be present. No parking in neighbors yards or blocking their driveways.

This will be a huge 3 day sale. We are pleased to announce that we have been chosen to handle the very well honored and respected estate of Martha Gillespie of Prattville, AL. The Gillespie family has been very influential and well respected in the river region of Alabama. We will be making available to the public, years and years of accumulated items. There is everything in this house from appliances, to antiques, to collectibles, hundreds of cast iron pieces, hundreds of toys, thousands of pieces of jewelry, silver, gold, oil paintings, local historical pieces, automobiles, guns, and the list goes on and on. The stairway will be monitored with an estate sale employee and only 3 people at a time will be allowed access to the upstairs area. The third day will be the haggle day, we must empty this over 7000 square foot home that is packed from floor to ceiling.
