Saturday will be our normal half price specials as well as whole bag specials!! Come by for a great deal!!!!

If you LOVE vintage and designer jewelry, pairs of pristine dress and cowboy boots, perfect designer clothing, designer purses, china face dolls and collector plates...then this sale will be for you!

We also will have a small case full of 14K white and yellow rings, 18K mens diamond band, ruby and diamond watches, native american turquoise watches and bracelets, a beautiful womens diamond ring, several sapphire and diamond rings, ruby and diamond rings and several sterling rings. There are also loose gemstones and jewelry making pieces.

The closets are literally stuffed with at least 70 pairs of designer boots, perfectly kept and lined up (by color) on each shelf. There are several furs and the walls are adorned with numerous collector plates. 

We will have a portable spa, washer, dryer and several flat screen tv's. The list goes on and on.

  1. Access to the residence will be limited as space allows. The residence is small and tightly packed.
  2. Parking will be in the following areas ONLY: On the south side of the complex near the back, there are three rows of covered parking. The third row back is reserved for our visitors during the sale. It will be marked.  On the north side, there is limited parking across the alley. DO NOT ENTER OR PARK in the courtyard area, this is reserved for residents only.
  3. Please respect the client's property and treat everything with respect. All designer clothing is first come/ first pick. Clothing will be located upstairs.
  4. Yes, there are stairs in this residence and they are very narrow and steep. Please use caution on them.
  5. No, we do not have any room at all for a staging table. You will need to bring a "holder" person with you.
  6. Bags may not be left overnight as placeholders, they will be picked up by the HOA manager. Line up will be at the carport entrance, at the sliding glass door.
