There is no sales tax on this sale. Please note that any items that are fastened, secured, or in any way attached to the house, fixtures, doors, walls, countertops, cupboards, or cabinets are not included unless specifically listed as such. Any dispute regarding this will be at the discretion of the Auctioneer and Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC to determine if it is part of the lot.

Items not removed on pickup day will be charged a $20.00 per day storage fee and will be considered abandoned after 7 days with NO REFUND unless prior arrangements have been made.

Bidder agrees that the liability of Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC shall be limited to the purchase price of a lot. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in Marathon County, Wisconsin.

Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card.
