Once in a lifetime sale starting this Friday June 15th from 8am - 1pm. Saturday hours are 7am - 1pm. 
Address: 2731 E Avenida De Pueblo, Tucson 85718. Cross streets. Skyline Dr, south on Campbell. Will see signs directing you to sale. 

As you enter the front door of this beautiful home, you will notice the original pen and ink artwork right at the front door along with many unique western and Native American treasures.

A hat rack and entry bench with southwestern puppets are directly to your left. As you enter the living room you will notice the lovely sofa and 2 queen Anne style chairs, built in bookshelves with numerous vintage and current titles, and various small collectible treasures. As you turn to the left wall, don't forget to admire the unique Frank Franklin artwork or the Curtis Jere "Flying Birds" sculpture on the fireplace. 

Heading into the hallway as you turn left into the master bedroom you will see pen and ink drawings by Gil McCue and a Madaras desert scene water color among others. One of the art highlights in the master bedroom is the 8 piece collection by Zephaniah Kirkpatrick-all beautiful black and white artist proofs. A lovely dark wood queen sleigh bed, an antique dresser with marble top and a lazy boy recliner are some pieces that help to round out the room. 

Heading to the opposite end of the hallway you will see a lovely quaint double bed frame and mattress. There are several lovely antique pieces that round out this room as well.

In the office to the left is a queen size sofa/sleeper, a leather type office chair, a mid modern Tulip style round coffee table, a highly sought after Max Gottschalk leather lounge chair and ottoman, and other vintage items such as decanters, vintage glass bottles, original WW II art, binoculars, and a beautiful clock.

Heading back through the living room to the TV area you will see a lovely leather loveseat and a power lift/recliner chair along with assorted lamps and other one of a kind occasional pieces as well as a Samsung flat screen TV.

In the dining room you will see a beautiful dark plank wood table with side benches that match and a dark wood Spanish colonial style side board. Various water color and oil paintings by well respected local artists accentuate the walls along with the Anfora blue dish set.

In the kitchen you will find more art...rooster art, paintings, sculptures etc. You will find flatware, pots, pans, unique enamel colored cups, cast iron pans and skillets, and various small appliances such as a Keurig coffee machine among others. 

In the garage we have ice chests, a lovely antique dresser and some basic tools. Outdoors there is a selection of wall art and a wrought iron table and 4 chairs.

We will put out the sign up at 7:30am on Friday June 15th. Doors open at 8am and we will be open until 1. Saturday June 16th we will NOT do a sign up, doors will open 7am to 1 pm.
