ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS/IS WHERE IS
WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

There is a 13% buyers premium added to all successful bids with a 3% cash discount.
Method of payment: CASH, VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, DEBIT, local check
with bank letter of guarantee to Terry Waters Auctioneering. Sales tax will be
collected unless a valid resale certificate is completed and on file with us.

Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold to a bidder
(by identification of the bidder number); a verbal contract is
consummated and liability for the item(s), including
responsibility for payment rests with the bidder.

Items can be removed on auction day with a paid invoice or any time Monday through Friday 6/11 - 6/15 by scheduled appointment with Terry 817-372-2215
