Sale tax for items purchased will be according to location. ALL credit cards accepted with a 3% service charge.
Items must be picked up by last day of sale, no later than 12 noon. NOTE: No packing material such as boxes, wrapping paper etc will be furnished. Be sure to bring something. ** FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES SALES STAFF IS NOT AVAILABLE TO LIFT HEAVY ITEMS. BE SURE TO BRING MUSCLE AND TOOLS. They cannot assist you in loading at all. ( We no longer loan out tools) WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND A REASONABLE MOVING COMPANY TO ASSIST YOU. You can RESERVE ITEMS with a DEPOSIT. Call us and tell us the picture number, THEN we tell you the condition of ITEM (S) and PRICE. This will hold the item till 10am the FIRST DAY OF THE SALE or the following morning by 10am, OTHERWISE YOU WILL FORFIET YOUR DEPOSIT. We understand that things happen, but a courtesy call wIll keep you from losing deposit. The 3% service charge from credit cards does not go toward balance or refund on reserve items. We strive in treating our customers with personal outstanding customer service. |

Let the sale begin. As we sale and make room more will be put out.This sale is that of a shopaholic. So, this is the first of many to come. We don't have allot of space. The sale consist of allot of Chinese decor, metal wall art, other collectables and some furniture items. Please check out the pictures to get an idea of the items for sale. There are no tools, no kitchen items at this point in time. Again, this is a LIVING ESTATE SALE. It is the first of many to come. Please share this with friends and family.
Note: the sale takes place in two rooms of the basement living space due to unusual weather. For information during sale hours, call 678-272-6870 This is to help with crowd control due to the lady living in the home and due to tight quarters.
