For me to be at a loss for words is rare! Our client is one of the most unique ladies I’ve ever met and her living estate reflects it. 4 generations of treasures are being offered during this 3 day event.

Antique art by known artists, pre-civil war framed currency, custom furniture, Persian rugs, primitives and a shop full of ‘picker’s delights’ fill this sale.

 Please join us for a total liquidation of this wonderful living estate.

NOTE: This location is packed full and we are unable to move some items out until the morning of the sale! Please forgive some of our photos as we have no place to move some items yet.

  We will have a sign-up sheet on a table near the barn/shop area at the end of the field where you will park. We will open gates with entrance to the property Friday morning around 7:00 am.  If you want to secure a spot in line as one of the first morning shoppers, please sign in and return 15 minutes prior to opening Friday morning. This sign-up sheet is only used for Friday morning opening. It is always a good rule of thumb to take a picture of the list after you have signed in. Please only one person per line as we limit 40 inside the sale at a time.

Be careful entering and exiting this property as it is one lane with culverts along the drive. Cones are there to remind you. Parking is in the mowed field on the south side of the home. The circular drive is reserved to loading of sold items.  

Please note: All electronics are sold as is, where is (as are all items in the sale). It is our recommendation that all electronics be professionally inspected before use.

We will have a port-a-potty on site and children are allowed inside the event. However, they must be with a parent or guardian at all times.

Bottled water will be available for a fee.

Guidelines for our sale:

Availability of Items:
We do not give pricing or availability of items over the phone or email as we are very busy prepping these sales for. Thank  you for understanding.

 Video Surveillance & Security

Our events are covered with video surveillance and we will prosecute any theft, damage or illegal activity on property.

Limit of Persons:
We do limit the number of people into our events based on the size of the home and items inside. Limit 40 persons inside at any time. Some rooms and areas will have additional limitations as well. Please read our signs to keep the flow of the sale moving smoothly.

 Children Will be Allowed Inside Event:. Sorry, no children under the age of 12 allowed inside. This includes infants in your arms. Each sale poses challenges such as, chemicals, knifes, glassware, collectibles, metal, swimming pools and hurried adults. Please keep your children with you and safe at all times.

 Tax Exempt:
Are you sales tax exempt? You must provide us with the proper pre-printed forms with all your information. We Do Not provide these forms nor do we keep them on site. This is very important if you are tax exempt. We do not provide these forms. Please bring them with you. If you do not bring them, we will assess the current sales tax to your purchase. Thank you for helping the cashier line move quickly.

Payment Options:
We accept cash and credit/debit over $50. WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS. No Checks accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any cash/credit or debit cards without proper photo ID. Some purchases may require a time delay if a credit card is used before we hand the item over to you. Some purchases such as guns, higher valued items and such may be noted as cash only.

No Warranties:
All items are to be considered used. No refunds or exchanges of any kind. All items as is, where is. We do not guarantee authenticity or working condition. We advise all electronics be professionally inspected before use.  Please know before you buy. 

Moving/Packing Items: We will have one young helper available to move items. Since they are working for tips only, it is important you help them with an ample tip for the help they give you. Only one to two persons are available to help you move items to your vehicle, you will need to bring any extra help needed. We do not supply rope, straps, packing blankets or any other type of moving materials. As with packing, we like our customers to pack their own items to ensure they are pleased with the packing. We provide packing materials and bags until they run out. It is always a good idea to carry some in your vehicle to the sale.

Purses/Handbags/Bags:
No purses, handbags, briefcases, backpacks or such are allowed inside our sales. Please, DO NOT BRING THEM INSIDE. Security will kindly turn you away from the door. Small cross body or waste pouch holders are allowed to carry your wallets and such. Yes, people steal. We don’t think you do, but others not as kind do and we must set this rule into place. 

Bathroom Facilities: 
Port a john on site.

Safety:
Please be aware of your surroundings and physical limitations. Access to this sale is up a step. This home is not handicap accessible. We do not provide handicap access in private homes and ask that you are mindful of any stairs, doors, changes in elevation, items on the floor, hanging from the ceiling, glass doors and such. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Please be mindful of your environment at all times.

Parking: 
Designated parking is located in the field south of the home and barn. Do not drive into the gate at the home location until 7:00 am. Signs will be out to identify parking areas.

Holds: 
Any items you ask us to hold must be purchased by you. We do not allow you to hold items as you shop, only to come back and sort and decide. IF you hold an item in your arms or our holding areas, you have agreed to purchase. We reserve the right to ask for immediate purchase of any items held.
