**All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE.
**All sales are final.
**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s).
**In the event, any item is lost or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the sale will be voided and the buyer not charged. Once the invoice has been paid the item(s) become THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

REMOVAL TERMS -
It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to meet the specifically stated terms and conditions for removal for each auction.

The buyer is responsible for all necessary tools, equipment and manpower used in the removal of purchased items.

The buyer is responsible for meeting the removal schedule for each auction. Failure to meet the removal schedule may result in the loss of purchased items without refund.


SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)

The previous business has closed and the new tenant wants everything out. We will be selling items from several consignors including Zaxby's, a coffee shop, a convenience store chain, and the food court at a major airport. This will be a simulcast auction. You can bid online or show up at the restaurant and bid there.
