**All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE.
**All sales are final.
**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s).
**In the event, any item is lost or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the sale will be voided and the buyer not charged. Once the invoice has been paid the item(s) become THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

REMOVAL TERMS -
It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to meet the specifically stated terms and conditions for removal for each auction.

The buyer is responsible for all necessary tools, equipment and manpower used in the removal of purchased items.

The buyer is responsible for meeting the removal schedule for each auction. Failure to meet the removal schedule may result in the loss of purchased items without refund.


SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)

ALL VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT ARE GUARANTEED TO BE WORKING PROPERLY ON THE DAY OF SALE, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY NOTED IN THE DESCRIPTION. OBVIOUSLY THE CORVETTE IS NOT OPERATIONAL.
