ALL jewelry and coins will be removed at the end of each day. We are full price the first day of sale.

We are required to collect Sales Tax. Resellers, please bring us your PRE Filled out Tax Forms.

Remember that sometimes the family removes items from a sale at the last minute. We try to prevent this, but it happens.

Please park responsibly and do not block drives, roadways, or mailboxes.

As a matter of policy, we do not discuss pricing over the phone or via email, unless you're observant and notice a price tag in a photo. Please come directly to the sale.

We have a very full house that we need to divide into 2 weekends in order to sell everything.  The first Saturday we plan to sell as much as possible in order to be able to unpack and set up the rest.
