We are very honored to conduct an estate sale for this Prominent Detroit area musician, composer, and music educator, who is downsizing. Founder of Michigan Opera Theatre's community programs, long-time teacher of piano and composition to hundreds of Detroit-area children and adults over five decades, this estate reflects a lifelong passion for the arts and culture - particularly classical music and the history of Detroit and Michigan. Granddaughter of a prominent automotive executive, some items reflect Detroit's automotive and WWII history. Our client has been an avid collector of musical instruments, antiques, art, children's toys and curios. A large collection of books - new and antique - includes many children's books, as well as a large collection of sheet music and classical piano music - reflecting her passion for music and teaching children.
