This is an auction of the entire contents of the home to a single bidder ..... the high bidder gets everything in the house!

Details :

This house is full !! The Gentleman that passed away was an outdoorsman , artist and hobbyist . On a cursory walk-through we viewed Antique Furniture , Used Furniture , Appliances , Artwork , Textiles , Vintage / Antique Fishing Equipment , Antique Duck Decoys , Old Coins , Militaria , Hand Tools , Power Tools , a 5000 watt Coleman Generator and THOUSANDS of other items !! The house in undisturbed ! Registered bidders will bid against each other as in a normal auction yet instead of bidding on individual items they will be bidding on ALL OF THE MOVEABLE PERSONAL PROPERTY contained within the residence AT ONE TIME . The successful high bidder will have purchased everything ! Things that are attached ( Light Fixtures , Bathroom Fixtures , Etc. ) are not included in the auction . The high bidder will have a reasonable amount of time in which to remove the items and leave the house broom clean ( there is not too much merchandise in this house that is not saleable ) . We will provide the high bidder with the local trash pick-up schedule and the telephone number to the Cicero DPW. The high bidder WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO DISPOSE OF HAZARDOUS WASTE MATERIALS ( Paint , Aerosol , Etc. ).

NOTE : This auction process is being considered for television broadcast . There will be cameramen and other production personnel at the auction. Bidding is open to all qualified parties .

This type of Auction is ideal for those companies / people that have regular ( weekly , bi-weekly or monthly ) sales , for those who have Antiques / Used Furniture Stores , participate in Swap Meets / Flea Markets or anyone looking to buy Entire Estates all at once ! At conventional auctions the Auctioneer discourages " Pooling " ( getting together with other bidders in order to keep the prices down ). Terri Peters and Associates encourages " Pooling " at this type of Auction . They do this because it is their belief that in this " Bulk " sale situation " Pooling " will create the opportunity for stronger bidding ( one person gets the Antique Furniture , another gets the Used Furniture , a third gets the smalls , a fourth gets the Tools , another may get the Coins , Artwork or Jewelry and so on ) . If you do " Pool " only the registered bidder that wins the bid will be recognized by Terri Peters and Associates as the high bidder and will be responsible for paying the bill at the time of sale.. It will be up to you to sort out who gets what after the hammer goes down . You must have the financial means to purchase and logistical means to remove the items in a timely fashion.
