A very nice Auction consisting of furniture and unique household collectibles from more than one estate. Auction preview is Friday, April 13th from 1 to 6 at our facility in the back of the former B Town Flea Market, at 701 S Ransom Lane. Our facility is south of the Landmark intersection just off West 2nd St in Bloomington IN. Auction ends with a staggered, soft close on Monday, April 16th beginning at 6PM. WE ARE ALWAYS OPEN 1 to 6 Tuesdays & Fridays for preview or pick-up. Delivery is available within 10 miles of our facility for $45. Delivery over 10 miles is $45 plus $2 dollars per additional mile both ways. If you can't pick-up that day you must pay by credit card on Tuesday and make other arrangements at that time. Shipping is available for items that are shippable, large furniture is local pick-up only. Payment is cash, debit or credit. 10% Buyers Premium.
