A sign up sheet will be posted at 8:00am on Friday morning ONLY and we will open at 9:00am SHARP. My sign up sheet is the only one I will be using. You must be in line to put your name and only your name on the sign up sheet. No sign up sheet will be used on Saturday. Pricing will not be quoted over the phone, text or via email. Please make sure not to disturb the neighbors and form a line on the sidewalk. CREDIT CARD MINIMUM IS $25.00. All Sales are Final, no returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Hello and welcome to another great two day Grasons of Long Beach by Kendra in Downey. We have a great clean sale for you this week, plenty of great little treasures all neatly laid out for your shopping pleasure! First off, we have a BEAUTIFUL clean and almost new patio set, complete with chairs and a table. We also have a pair of beautiful clean couches, a wonderful garage double door fridge, a WHOLE BUNCH of fishing equipment including poles all kinds of lures and reels, an awesome NordicTrack C900 treadmill, beautiful bedroom furniture including a tall and long dresser with mirror, queen sized bed, lots of books, a few beautiful antique vases, arm chair, Waterford crystal clock, a few tools including power tools from Black & Decker, a carpet steam cleaner, large metal moveable rack, a George Foreman grill, an amazing and beautiful antique White Rotary sewing machine with desk, some luggage, metal filing cabinets, an IBM electric typewrite, as well as a large decorative sailfish that hangs on the wall!
