Special for this sale, we will have a ticket system set up for entrance. Once capacity is reached in the home, it will then be a one-in-one-out basis. We are expecting the limit to be 35-45 people.

Please prepare accordingly.

We will have one-way enter and exit points, as well.

No valuables will be kept on-site until sale days.

Please do not disturb the family prior to the sale.

Parking will also probably be tight, so please do not block traffic or the flow of traffic.
