. A sign up sheet will be posted at 8:00am on Friday morning ONLY and we will open at 9:00am SHARP. My sign up sheet is the only one I will be using. You must be in line to put your name and only your name on the sign up sheet. No sign up sheet will be used on Saturday. Pricing will not be quoted over the phone, text or via email. Please make sure not to disturb the neighbors and form a line on the sidewalk. CREDIT CARD MINIMUM IS $25.00. All Sales are Final, no returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. It's a new week and that means it is time for a new Grasons of Long Beach by Kendra estate sale! Remember that we will be open RAIN OR SHINE on Friday and Saturday! We have a great sale for you this week, lots of unique items that we don't usually get as well as a beautiful backyard full of beautiful decorations as well as a beautiful large shed! Starting with the large well built shed, its practically new and comes apart for easy transportation. It's about 12 feet long, 92 inches wide and 95 inches at its tallest. In the backyard we have tons of beautiful decorations and more including birdhouses, decorated window frames, lawn furniture, stools, a birdbath or fountain, hanging decorations, potted plants, a couple thermometers, a grill, a swing seat, umbrella, a windmill, small decorative animals, some gardening equipment including a weed-wackers, some heavy duty tools, some lighting fixtures and more! Moving inside the house we have a variety of items including a selection of canes and umbrellas, dishes plates glasses and cups, pots and pans, a toaster, like-new breadmaker, a beautiful wooden kitchen island, a selection of cooking appliances and utilities, a darling little dinning room table with four chairs, a few pieces of older furniture, mounted lighting, a metal fireplace cover, mantle clock, a very large and beautiful grandfather clock, old white china cabinet, a large double door Samsung refridgerator, tons of Christmas decorations including some plastic trees, old vintage toys, board games, a few knottiing supplies, stationary equipment, childrens games and toys including some old video games, an old jewerly box, table lamps and standing lamps, a large selection of intering chess boards inclduing a retro space themed one and two very large boards, vintage chairs and desks, lots of movies and VHSs, electronics including DVD players and audio equipment, a pair of MTX P16T monitor speakers, a small selection of tools, a few camping supplies, old soda bottle wooden boxes, a Roper washermachine and a dryer, a beautiful Diamondback mountain bike with great shocks and hardware as well as so much more! We can't wait to see you at this great two-day sale! |
