**All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). **In the event, any item is lost or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the sale will be voided and the buyer not charged. Once the invoice has been paid the item(s) become THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid for each lot. If you buy an item for $10, then at checkout a fee of $1.00 will be added. This is a way of sharing the costs of conducting the auction between the buyers and seller. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice. ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 3% PROCESSING FEE, WHICH WILL BE SHOWN AS AN INCREASED BUYERS PREMIUM (13% vs 10%) If you are a new bidder with us, your bank may block the credit card transaction as possible fraud.
