Grasons Co City of Angels Granada Hills Estate Sale Awesomely Groovy Artsy! Loads of Art (lots by the owner), jewelry, furnishings, colored glassware, Asian Items, Loads of Kitchen, Dolls and MUCH MORE! Interesting history of the family/owners! Initially from the east/midwest, upon arrival here Ira (the husband) began working for NASA-JPL, via Boeing/Northrop Grumman, to build the propulsion system for the space shuttle. By the time Ira retired, he had over 100 aerospace-related patents, including the Aerospike Nossle and the Solid-Liquid Rockets, which are the main propulsion systems still used by NASA on the Space Shuttle even to this day. His wife, Ruby clerked for the Mayor of Los Angeles Tom Bradely, was an active member of political action groups and civil rights organizations, worked as a real estate agent for high profile and celebrity clientele, and developed her art by teaching herself how to paint, sculpt, draw and create screenprints. To cap off a lifelong interest in art, Ruby went back to college in the early 2000's, earning both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree Sigma cum laude in Art and created a vast collection of painting, drawings, and sculptures throughout her lifetime. To date she has had only one gallery showing but has displayed many pieces in high profile functions and venue, such as the Smithsonian American Art Museum and the National Council of Negro Women annual award galas.
