Please bring your own bags/boxes for packing. NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED in the HOME. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax unless you hold a valid resale number. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Sign up sheet will be posted an hour before start of sale on first day only. |

THIS HOME IS PACKED!!! PLEASE OBEY ALL DRIVING LAWS. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS AND DO NOT DOUBLE PARK. THE HOUSE IS ON A CUL DE SAC SO PARKING ON THE STREET IS LIMITED. THERE IS PARKING ON STREETS CLOSE BY. Because of how tightly packed the house is we will not be allowing children into the home. Also we are going to have to limit the number of people into the home to about 20-25 people at a time so you might want to get there early. The sign in sheet will go out at 7 am, only one name per line will be allowed so each person will need to sign in for themselves and you may not get to go into the house at the same time as everyone in your party.
