Welcome once again to another estate sale by Grasons Co Collin County. The home has to be cleaned out of all of its awesome items. The highlight of this sale is the fact this couple had plenty of wood working tools. Children toys and a small rocking chair that is perfect for your child. Lawn furniture consisting of tables, chairs, and a gas grill. Also, a propane heater stand.( pole mounted ) Restored furniture along with a desk. Tons of paper backs and hard back books. Dressers and leather couches. 4 foot tall armor in fantastic shape. Did I mention the tools in the garage? Everything needs to go.
